Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the BioasisHQ app or website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BioasisHQ. Purchases in the iOS app are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. What BioasisHQ is, and is not

BioasisHQ helps you bring your health information into one place and see how it connects over time. It is for education and personal organization only.

• BioasisHQ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
• BioasisHQ does not tell you what dose to take. Any amounts, schedules or calculations you enter are your own records. Calculation tools do math on the numbers you enter and on packaging information; they are not dosing recommendations or prescriptions.
• FDA status: where the app shows an FDA status, it is a factual label linked to the official FDA record (such as Drugs@FDA) or a note that no official record is linked. It is not a claim that BioasisHQ, or any particular use of a compound, is approved by the FDA. Many compounds people track, including most peptides, are not FDA-approved. BioasisHQ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Cura and the BioasisHQ intelligence engine (CIE) explain what BioasisHQ has recorded and found. Their output can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with a professional.
• Patterns BioasisHQ shows are observations from your own records, not proof of cause and effect.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any medication, supplement, diet or exercise program. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), give accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & deletion → Delete Account (see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted).

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse BioasisHQ. That includes: breaking the law; trying to access other people's data; reverse-engineering, scraping or overloading the service; bypassing paywalls or purchase checks; or uploading content you do not have the right to share. Content you submit to shared catalogs (for example a food or supplement entry) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you give us permission to use it to operate and improve those catalogs.

4. Memberships and in-app purchases

You can use BioasisHQ for free with basic tracking. Memberships are sold through the Apple App Store and unlock BioasisHQ premium features. Prices below are current US prices; the price you pay is the one shown in the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency, and availability can vary by country.

Subscriptions (Founder Monthly, Founder Annual):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial: if you start the Founder Annual 7-day free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, you will be charged $29.99 (or your local price) for one year. Trial eligibility is decided by Apple; a trial is generally available once per Apple ID per subscription group. If you buy another plan during a trial, any unused trial time may be forfeited, as Apple describes.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → BioasisHQ. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app or your BioasisHQ account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Founding Core Lifetime is a one-time payment that grants the BioasisHQ Core premium membership for as long as BioasisHQ operates the service. It covers the premium features included in the Core membership; we will describe any separately priced future features before you buy them. It is a limited founding offer: $49.99 for the first 100 founding members, then $69.99, and the offer closes at 250 founding members. We may change its price or stop selling it at any time, and every completed purchase will be honored.

Restore purchases: use Restore Purchases on the membership screen in the app to recover a membership on a new device with the same Apple ID.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Changes to plans: we may change prices or features of future billing periods. Apple will notify you of subscription price increases as required, and you can cancel before they take effect.

5. Third-party services and content

BioasisHQ uses third-party services (listed in the Privacy Policy). Exercise data and videos are provided by MuscleWiki.com; exercise names, muscle data, difficulty ratings, instructions and demonstration videos are supplied under license, remain the property of their owner, and are general fitness information only. Nutrition data comes from FatSecret, USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts and may contain errors. Apple Health data is governed by your Apple Health settings.

6. Our content and license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use BioasisHQ for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. BioasisHQ, its design and content belong to LWTC LLC or its licensors. Your data stays yours.

7. Disclaimers

BioasisHQ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that catalog, nutrition, research or AI-generated information is complete, current or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LWTC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for health decisions you make based on information in BioasisHQ. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You can stop using BioasisHQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections 1, 6, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which LWTC LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and tell you in the app about material changes. Continuing to use BioasisHQ after changes take effect means you accept them.
