Email: support@bioasishq.com. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. Please include your device model, iOS version, the app version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please don't email us lab results or other medical records unless we ask.
BioasisHQ brings your stack, nutrition, training, sleep and body data into one place so you can see how they connect over time. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. For a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Delete your account
- Open BioasisHQ and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap your email (Account & deletion). You can also get there from Settings → Privacy & Data Use.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that first (below). If you can't sign in, email support@bioasishq.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Details of what is deleted are in the Privacy Policy.

- Cancel a subscription: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → BioasisHQ. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or trial end date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Restore a purchase on a new phone: open BioasisHQ → membership screen → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → BioasisHQ first, then delete your account.
What does BioasisHQ read from Apple Health?
Only the Health data types you approve (for example steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, body measurements and nutrition totals). BioasisHQ does not write to Apple Health. HealthKit data is never used for advertising and never sold. Change or revoke access in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → BioasisHQ.
When does BioasisHQ use the camera, microphone or Bluetooth?
Only when you choose to. The camera is used to scan a barcode with NutriScan, scan a nutrition or supplement label, photograph a meal, or use Form Checker. The microphone is used for voice logging and talking to Cura. Bluetooth is used only to connect a supported kitchen scale. Turn these off anytime in iOS Settings → BioasisHQ.
Is my data sent to AI providers?
Only with your permission. Cloud AI features are optional, and the app asks before anything is sent to OpenAI (or ElevenLabs for cloud voice). Withdraw consent anytime in Settings → Privacy & Data Use → Cura AI Processing. Cura explains what BioasisHQ has recorded; it is not a doctor and its answers can be wrong.
Does BioasisHQ recommend doses?
No. BioasisHQ does not give medical advice or dosing recommendations. Amounts and schedules are what you enter; the calculator only does math on your numbers. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing anything you take.
What does the FDA status on a compound mean?
It is a factual label linked to the official FDA record (for example Drugs@FDA), or a note that no official record is linked. It is not an approval claim.
Can I get a copy of my data?
There is no self-serve export in the app yet. Email support@bioasishq.com from the address on your account and we will help.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the email link to set a new one.
